Worst jewelry store I have ever been to in the area, I felt the customer service was below par for a family owned and operated store, I personally dealt with one of the owners and she acted as if it was a. Bother to ever be in the store, I was having a chain repaired and it took almost 2 weeks to get back, once they finally called to come in to pick it up the lady on the phone was rude and never left the store hours or her name or how much it was going to cost to pick up. I would never go back if that's what they call customer service. My family was in business and we never treated people like that. I know it was only a repair job but was thinking about being a return customer, would not recommend thus business.
